About me
Looking for a technical writer who really understands what your customers need? I have experience helping a wide range of companies better understand and communicate with their users.
I spent my early career working for different tech companies, making everything from optical networks to search-and-rescue satellites to web applications work in better and more user-friendly ways. On the other end of the spectrum, I've also helped non-profits create, revise, and organize their essential documentation.
What it really comes down to is that I am great at figuring out ways to make complicated information easier to find and easier to understand.
In my spare time, I read and write fiction, sing in an early music chamber choir, and study martial arts. I live with my family in Vancouver.
